Our Challenge
Suasion was selected by the Pennsylvania Departments of Labor & Industry, Human Services and Education to promote and manage PADES 2017. This annual, statewide, multi-day conference brings together employers, people with disabilities, government agencies and service providers to network, dispel myths and discuss opportunities for individuals with disabilities to find meaningful employment in the Commonwealth.

Our Strategy
Suasion approached PADES 2017 with a full rebranding strategy, theming the event to build excitement and garner a renewed interest. The sixth annual PADES event, held in King of Prussia, included nationally renowned speakers, a job fair and education sessions to help attendees Discover “Hire” Potential. The refreshed PADES brand was incorporated into all conference marketing materials including the accessible website, signage, program, invitations and social media channels.
Suasion’s media relations team managed all press activities and secured coverage in top publications in the Philadelphia media market that spotlighted the Acting Secretary and Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
With years of experience working alongside the disability community, Suasion ensured that the PADES experience was fully accessible, equally enjoyed by all attendees and well promoted.
Our Results
As a result of Suasion’s efforts, PADES 2017 earned unprecedented attendance and strong positive feedback. Each attendee had equal access to all materials and resources necessary to gain meaningful employment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
